Hallis is committed to its corporate social responsibility policy providing a framework for ethical behaviour, community participation and welfare, while adding value to the workforce and society at large.

Corporate social responsibility is an integrated part of day-to-day business, engaging all stakeholders and includes strategies to ensure socially responsible decisions are made that comply with legislative requirements. 

Hallis supports a number of community initiatives including:

• Victoria Police Airlie Leadership Mentoring Program
• Pathways Foundation
• Queensland Institute of Medical Research

Hallis also undertake a number of national fundraising days annually in line with community initiatives.
